This management systems consultancy advises clients on how to prepare for ISO certification in a variety of risk-related standards. With many ISO reviews resulting in more explicit recognition of risk-based thinking, the consultancy wanted to understand more about risk and risk management, and specifically ISO31000.
Gifford James Ltd delivered training for the consultants to better understand risk management and how it relates to management systems. The consultants now understand what they need to discuss with their clients, for their gap analyses and audits to be more complete.
